Anonymous asked: Where have you been lately?? We've missed u!
It’s a combination of being completely bored with all of my clothes, bad weather, being swamped with uni work and having 10 minutes to get ready in the morning, and needing to wear old clothes for woodworking. Life!
Regular programming will continue as soon as i get out of this funk, i promise ♥!

Anonymous asked: I know this is extremely personal, and it's okay if you say no. Can you tell us your weight, height and body measurements?? It would just put a lot of your outfits into context!! Thanks in advancee
I won’t tell you my weight, but i’m 5’7” and a size UK20. The last time I measured myself I was 48-40-48. I could start putting the sizes of clothes I buy in posts, if that helps?
Check shirt, cami - New Look, Skirt - H&M, Converse
I rocked my VBO today and had the best day ever, so i’m taking this as a sign that my belly rolls have magical powers and should be shown off more often!
(I also dyed some bits of my hair pink! I have no idea how to style it right now so bear with me…!)

rainbowsetc asked: So, firstly, you're cute and I love your style, and yours is one of the blogs that constantly help me on my journey to loving my body despite the fact that it doesn't look like what I see in magazines/movies etc, so thanks!! Secondly, where did you find that cute cat jumper in your changing room pics from a few days ago? Love it! :)
Ahh, thank you! ♥♥ The cat jumper is from the straight-sized bit of New Look, it was pretty recent too so it should still be around!
Anonymous asked: I was wondering where you usually buy your clothes...I'm a size 14ish, so it can be tricky sometimes.. some stores consider it plus size, some don't. - any advice is appreciated :D
Well, I usually put where I get stuff under my photos, but I’m a total highstreet baby… I’m kind of on the cusp of fatness that means I can get myself into Primark, Dorothy Perkins, New Look, H&M, Forever21, River Island, H! Henry Holland @ Debenhams etc etc! I’m constrained a lot by money (art student!) so i don’t often go much more expensive than Highstreet prices, but i covet basically everything on dominodollhouse.com, modcloth.com and etsy stores like Jibri.
I get what you mean about being an in-betweenie at a 14-ish, it’s a difficult size because you’re either at the upper-end of straight size shops or just a wee bit too small for fat shops (assuming you mean a UK14!). In general though being a 14 shouldn’t limit you in any significant way- the vast majority of highstreet and designer brands go up to a 14. Count yourself lucky, i wish a lot of the stores that stop at a 14 or 16 would size up their clothes to sizes 20+!
Don’t be directed by magazines that tell you what you can and can’t wear because of your shape and size; wear what you like and fuck everything else. I love stripes, i love stuff that makes my hips look bigger, i love bright colours and colours that clash with my hair and other things we’re told we shouldn’t do because it’ll draw attention to our bodies, because all of that crap is about ‘flattering’ which is about shame and feigning slimness, which i couldn’t give a stuff about!
In short, buy whatever you want and be fabulous, everything else is noise :D.
